Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts conduct the initial assessment and create an individualized treatment plan to address skill deficits, behavior concerns, and family goals for each child. We provide early intervention for children ages 2-6 years old, ensuring that treatment is tailored to their unique developmental needs. Based on the needs of the child and family, a treatment schedule will be determined, and 1:1 ABA therapy will be provided in clinic or community environments. The therapy team consists of the BCBA along with Registered Behavior Technicians. The BCBA continuously monitors progress and goals for each child.

We tailor trainings specifically for each center to focus on implementing behavior strategies to help with classroom management. We will work with teachers to identify early warning signals and ways to de-escalate challenging behaviors. Applying ABA to the classroom allows teachers to decrease disruptions to learning and increase rate of new skill acquisition. Our goal of each training is for all the teachers to walk away with applicable tools to utilize with their students. These informative trainings can count towards state required continuing education.

Working with families is a privilege. We want to help parents and caregivers establish goals for their child and family and provide a plan to get there. We strive to include all members of the child’s support system with our trainings. Every member of the child’s network plays a vital role in their success.
